In Saudi Arabia we have to rights for these cases, a private ( for the families ) and the public one , the involved people in this case will not go thier home today or tomorrow, they will stay in the jail and will be accountable for what they did

what Khashoggi's sons did is their right, they can pardon their father's killers but this pardon won't spare the murderers the punishment.

Yes, they will not be executed, but they are still in prison because there is a public right that has not expired, and will be Court’s decision

Yep...that's a quirk of Sharia Law. If the FAMILY of the victim FORGIVES the perpetrator, they're acquitted and absolved of all crimes. What's NOT said, is 100% of the time, the forgiveness is purchased with a bribe. Sharia Law...Tammany Hall...corruption at its best!

It’s not a bribe, this is a sort of compensation to the family called “diyah” and the family have the right to accept it .
