"During public health crises, new considerations come to bear, and government officials must ask whether even fundamental rights must give way..." @GavinNewsom's ban on church services is upheld by a federal judge.https://washex.am/2WFes3F

So far the talk has been about suing mayors & governors for abridging rights. Well & good. But what about working to impeach & remove judges such as these? A lot of these judges are appointed for life, & if this is the kind of East German attitude they have, they've got to go.

They can ask all they want but they do not have the power to override our Constitution.

"...government officials must ask whether even fundamental rights must give way..." NO. NO, NO, NO! Rights are not given by the government. Rights are inalienable, mandated by the Constitution to be upheld. The vapid look in Newsom's eyes show he doesn't understand this.pic.twitter.com/HPCNLwZUfF

Yeah. The SCOTUS is going to rule that the federal judge is right and the Constitution does not apply when governors decide to take away rights when they feel like it.

If the church maintains social distancing similar to that in grocery stores, why shouldn’t the church be able to have services? The government, when infringing on constitutional rights, has to find the least intrusive way to accomplish legitimate government end.

Any judge that rules against fundamental rights is ruling against the Constitution and their oath to uphold it.

"fundamental rights must give way", like the ones given by God? Wow, ballsy, God wins in the end. I will get the marshmallows ready if someone can bring the hotdogs to roast as your corpse and soul roast. May God give you correction before your day of judgement.
