My head is spinning. Which “science” is true? This piece says WHO claims herd immunity is not possible. Also claims S.Korea: Cannot catch covid more than once. Ever?
-
WHO said that having antibodies doesn’t automatically mean you have immunity and that we need more studies to make sure. This SK study is the more studies part, saying that you do developed immunity. We don’t know for how long bc it’s a new virus though.

Would be a great news indeed! Let's hope it's really the case as a few others studies pointed at the opposite result (just like pretty much all others coronavirus, which can reinfect host many times)

There have surely been reports in direct conflict with this finding

The data showed that faulty tests, poor testing procedures and the virus unique way it can move and hide in the body gave the illusion they did. The theory is they were actually still positive. But with this virus it’s unpredictable and sneaky honestly it’s a guess.
