Well, in Nashville, TN their reason is to use the crisis to raise taxes with the excuse that the people Mayor Cooper and City Council put out of work aren't producing tax revenue. The only solution is to raise the taxes of those they put out of work.

SOMEONE is saying the president had nothing to do with the stimulus checks, as I understand it the president can VETO any bill that comes to him. I never saw where he vetoed stimulus checks to American citizens.
