In World War 2 people had seeds to plant Victory Gardens so they could take the strain off the national food supply for the war effort. You, Gov Whitmer, stopped retailers like Walmart from selling such things as seeds and gardening supplies. I pray the people of MI toss you out!

The didn't shut down businesses either. Even in England they got up and went to work in bombed out neighborhoods some with unexploded bombs. At night they still went to restaurants and bars.
