Im convinced it’s not as deadly as we have been told. A US Navy hospital ship currently docked in New York City harbor is treating only 22 patients as of Friday afternoon, despite having a 1,000 bed capacity to treat non-coronavirus patients.

the "deadly" is mixed into the response and medical time. US is running at a 2.72% reported mortality rate vs NY at 3.14% but that is against Italy which is running at. 12.33% and Spain at 9.47% people aren't running the numbers on this which is odd.

One problem is that the tests do not have the specificity needed to find a small percentage of positive cases. It's quite possible, even likely, that the false positives will outnumber the real positives.
