I am confused as to why a lot of people are interpreting it this way. To me he was speaking more so to his own abilities compared to the other Dem candidates, not blaming Trump. Also seemed to be a bit tongue in cheek.

This is so misleading. Yang was not shifting the blame to Donald Trump specifically. Yang was just lightheartedly making the case why he should be the next pres, cuz he's the only candidate that has a solid understanding of tech & the rapid economical changes it brings.

@Spencer_Neale could use some reading comprehension lessons because he wasn’t blaming Trump. What a braindead interpretation that was. He’s contrasting himself with the other candidates, suggesting they wouldn’t know how to improve the process.
