Many of the same Senate Democrats who voted to pass NDAA last summer are blasting @realDonaldTrump’s airstrike right now. @JackHunter74 says they have no right to.https://washex.am/35nL0Sm

But Rand didn’t vote for the NDAA. Rand Paul always takes a principled stance against war.

But now, instead of buckling to American pressure, Iran declared on Sunday that those restrictions are over — a decade ahead of schedule. Mr. Trump’s gambit has effectively backfired.https://www.nytimes.com/2020/01/05/world/middleeast/trump-iran-nuclear-agreement.html …

Stop blaming the democrats and learn the constitution and legally what the commander in chief can do. No amendment can stop any use of force if American personnel are in imminent danger. The commander in chief can use force in this case since its an emergency.

The US has declared war 11 times, the last time being WW2. As you can see their is some grey area in the constitution between articles 1 and 2. Former presidents have used this grey area and have been legally able to do so, look at the former court cases.

Our Great President Donald J. Trump will do what it takes to keep The American people safe. Unlike the former administration who provided billions to our enemies; did they get a kick-back - is that what made them rich? TRUMP 2020

No we aren’t. We just want to hear it from the intelligence agencies themselves...not Trump, Pompeo, or Pence who have deemed themselves untrustworthy.
