This isn't gov. propaganda. These are University independent studies. Indeed, all medicines have side effects as is required to notify ppl of upon receipt of said drug. U can't be notified if they don't know them. That's why they have to be studied.

I do think medicinal purposes need to be further explored. Just like any pharmaceutical, however, there are wanted and UN-wanted side effects. Having spent close to 20 yrs in healthcare I remain open to exploratory treatments while concurrently keeping a healthy amt of skepticism

Licensed physicians such as a PCP will stay away from something like this until he or she has "cover" via the stipulated studies and side effects disclosures due to liability

Not all. Many are corrupt themselves getting kickbacks. I have "seen" many finally getting arrested for said activity as of late.
