The State of CA should be looking at what rent control did to NYC. Rent stabilization which is disciplined is far more productive. Will Gavin Newsom and the Liberals in CA think- unfortunately not!

To late.. it took to long to act. But..you can raise 5 percent..so if rent is 5 g a month...right away people are going to add that 250. A month. Home owners pay the taxes..so they are going to add whatever was voted on to the rent
