Very sad, but 3 burglaries, one at knife point. Not sure I agree on the 36 years (the victim of the knife burglary would know best) but he had to be stopped before his crimes escalated.

Yep. Dude was a lifelong burglar. Probably for the best that he was locked up before he burglarized again and possibly hurt someone.

I'm sure he appreciates it, I hope he does well. 1- what authority does the circuit court have to unilaterally open a resentencing hearing. 2- how can the court tell the (?) DA to look into a case NOT contested over 25 years 3- context W.Ex, 3 strike felon, NOT just for stealing
