Had they found him guilty, even slightly, they would have trumpeted it to high heaven. Stop trying to fan the flames and perpetuate a standard that flies in the face of the bedrock foundation of a civil society where law enforcement cannot be used as a weapon. Innuendo is vile.

So is there a maybe-sorta-guilty ruling in the US legal system?

Because no one can exonerate someone. They find evidence to charge or they don’t! In our judicial system we are innocent till proven guilty. Not guilty till proven innocent.

But in a socialist government, an individual must prove their innocence.

An interesting point lost on most minds including those on the judiciary committee is "if Manafort" gave polling data to a foreign government, why was he pursued for tax law violations?"

And why was this in his purview but not investigating the other political party given the Steele Dossier? Especially since his charge was to investigate Russian collusion from BOTH political parties as he mentions they are trying then, today and in 2020 to do the same.

No, Mueller can’t charge a sitting president. He gave 10 different occurrences that Congress can, and are moving toward will, hold impeachment hearings on trump’s obstruction of justice. And on top of that, is open to charging him when he’s removed from office.
