They are failed governments, corrupt and unable or unwilling to serve their own ppl. Giving them more money will not end corruption, it will encourage it. We need to stop dangling carrots in front these desperate ppl, and stop exploiting them for political purposes.

Actually makes sense. Helping these nations won't be easy & need to watch money doesn't go down proverbial rat hole, but depopulating nations as they leave to trek here, is not a viable plan to fix root cause. FIX problem there via some kind of mutually beneficial Marshall plan.
