They should tell the public real prices!

I’d like to see the same restriction and transparency for lawyers. These late night legal ads might get interesting by posting their fees. But, come to think of it, why are lawyer fees exempted from taxation? What other ‘service’ industries, outside of doctors, are exempted?

Why are they blocking? Because they just don't want people to know what the price is vs. how much they're making.

I'm actually not sure what I think of this. On the one hand, the transparency of cost would be useful to the public. On the other hand, we don't demand Tylenol, Claritin or Buckley's to display their prices on their ads.

This is what I was thinking too.

They don't like the idea of transparency? Why not, most other vendors do it. What makes THEM so special??
