He didn't "cooperate with Mueller." He refused to talk under oath, which Clinton did, and he had his lawyers write, "I don't remember" over and over to written questions. And lots of people refused to answer questions.

Mueller didn't really get involved in his finances / the nepotism issues. They also have a right to look into obstruction. Sorry.
@GOP can't use "Mueller did an investigation into russia" for literally every other investigation led by Congress related to trump. -
Congress may call for Presidential documents, but they need to have a legislative reason for doing so. What is the legislative reason for requesting President Trump's tax returns? Even if they suspect financial wrongdoing, don't you think the IRS can best evaluate that?
