Dan Mcgahn knew that lying to Mueller would get him disbarred and sent to jail.
Michael Cohen should have known this, but chose to protect Trump with lies.
Cohen has been disbarred and is currently in jail. #McGahn

'The Daily' podcast did a fascinating story on McGahn. McGahn's name appears 150 times in the redacted Mueller Report because he fully cooperated, and told the truth (under oath). Can't wait to see him in front of Congress.

DNC got what they wanted - a 2 year fishing expedition opened fraudulently, and they still didn't find anything chargeable.
-
They found plenty of things that were chargeable - the Mueller Report specifically stated that they didn't indict due to DOJ policy. Barr lied outright when he claimed otherwise.

No crime charged, no obstruction possible. Whatever Trump may have wanted to do, he didn't do. They had a free hand in an investigation opened with a DNC smear, not evidence. Case closed

Obstruction over obstruction. Wonderful.

You know, when you ask your own defense lawyer to say you didn't commit obstruction, and he says "Nah, I'm good", you probably committed obstruction.
