Uh, if I were sitting in front of a panel who was smearing and slandering me and calling me a liar, I'd be snitty too! Also, the fact that the term "wingman" is used as Eric Holder called himself when he was Obama's AG, is rather interesting.

1. I do consider the President a victim. 2. Barr wasn't snitty enough, as far as I am concerned. 3. Why is Mr. Hillyer siding with democrats over this?
-
He is siding with the truth.

I love the Trumpster replies to this. What a bunch of snowflakes.

I think he sounds like a lawyer who knows the law. Dem lawmakers were willing to talk to Russians to get dirt on Trump, Schiff, Warner et al. All media dig up dirt. Trump wasn't paying for dirt. Hillary did and for Barr to ascertain Trump's innocence doesn't make him a wingman.

He could have responded to the Democrat sniping, by not seemingly going out of his way to discount what the Mueller report said. Concluding no collusion isn't the same as what would have been obstruction, were it employed by anyone other than the President of the United States.

I think he did an excellent job explaining the law and facts related to his decision. He was calm and put things into thoughtful responses to a group of frenzied Democrats who just wanted to vent their disappointment of outcome of Mueller findings.

He said that if a president doesn’t think he has done anything wrong, he should be able to stop congressional oversight. That is a dangerous idea. That’s how they run things in a dictatorship.
