Bad precedent. No telling what could b mandated in the future. When it comes to abortion, it’s a woman’s body and her choice (never mind the fact that a baby is being murdered) , but when it comes to a vaccine the government wants to decide what happens to my body.

While I am in favor of most vaccines, I don't think they should be mandatory for all. However, if parents object to their child receiving vaccinations, there is always homeschooling.

The problem with
@RandPaul's Libertarian thinking, here, is that the individual's personal decision not to get vaccinations does not affect only him/her. It affects all who even come within proximity of said person. -
Ok prove the risk then. Also don't forget to add all adults who haven't received boosters. If there's a higher risk of dying just driving your car around, then your assertion is pure hysteria.

Written by a novice who hasn't taken 5 minutes to research SCOTUS case history. Also a reminder that vaccination rates haven't changed. Dying in a car accident is far more likely than even catching measles, much less dying from measles.

It isn't. If you or your family needs it go get it! Why does the federal government need to force you?
