        As long as the House has the votes, they can impeach for any reason. It wouldn't be wise, because the Senate would then conduct an actual trial, and the accuser(s) would be under a lot more scrutiny than they already have, and they will still have no evidence or corroboration.

        Yah there is a lot of screaming but i doubt most of them actually know what it takes to unseat a sitting SCOTUS... for one there would have to be a trial.. with real proof.
