        Yes, Trump did. He backed down the US and South Korea military readiness exercises. The optics of watching an entire US attack group of US Navy ships and 20,000 Sailors and Marines off the coast, locked and loaded, finger on the trigger is death defining & intimidating to China

        If North Korea gives up its nukes there is nothing to stop China from giving them nuclear missiles like USSR did Cuba. There is no difference except that China doesn't trust NK. China has no history of expansionism. When it tried to take Japan the Divine Wind sank their fleet.

        Carter removed 30000 troops from that area. With south korea having 350000 active military, removing the 23000 troops the usa has shouldn't be an.issue. Not all will leave but a good chunk will. This is very good for our.military families and progress for peace
