NYC stands a chance today of ensuring 2022-23 doesn’t go down as the least snowy winter on record. Central Park ‘just’ needs to pick up 0.5” today. It could happen, but it’s going to be close.

Qs from the post: other countries risk adjust for their private systems. Do other countries suffer from upcoding like Medicare Advantage? If not, is it because US has more regulatory capture? Is it because of cultural differences? Is it because multilayer makes them better at it?
