Caveat: the Problem/Solution format doesn’t work for entertainment applications, and is fuzzy with end consumer where it is more about feelings & habits.

sometimes it's unclear what "problem" the consumer customer has, but desire / entertainment / joy (or the avoidance of pain / unhappiness) is still a problem.
