In some interview fairly recently, he said something about "I'll tell you later" in regards to something that was classified. I do think he's a danger even out of office.

Doubtful that'd make a huge dent. He still would have a lot of holdings in other countries & lots of foreign customers in the US. And he'll need new money soon after, given the rate at which his companies are loosing money.
