I think the bottom line of Judge Klein halting Minneapolis 2040 is that the city has 2 months to file an actual environmental response, not just Mary Bujold’s real estate study. It’s astounding (but not really) that City Attorney did not adequetely contest facts. #notalawyer

Uh, the environmental benefits of increased urban density, when properly assessed beyond the political boundaries of a municipality, are beyond dispute.
This opinion reads like an upscale Facebook rant.

Authenticating it is made somewhat more difficult by the weird cropping of the cover page, which among other things hides the last digit of the case number, 27-CV-18-19587.
