    Rerunning this command could automatically update the subscription with new packages or funding strategy. I want to, but can't donate to *all* the packages that serve our company and are looking for funding without a *lot* of work. This needs to be a thing.

    This mildly hyperbolic point should not be lost on founders. Offer at least one opening at your company that doesn’t require prior exp. and do the hard work of screening new talent. There are so many hungry and capable people looking for drawbridges into this industry.

    THE TECH TALENT GAP IS MANUFACTURED. There is no shortage of qualified Jr. devs. People with the skills, but w/o the magic words on their resume who can't get a job in tech. Women, LGBT+ folks, and people of color face the worst of it. Something has to change and it's on us.
