Law Enforcement Use of Force training needs to be made available to the general public free of charge. It should be taught in our schools. We can’t expect the citizens of this country to understand what they are visualizing regarding Use of Force when they don’t know the rules.

Sure but use of force varies by jurisdiction. Beyond that, the training doesn't mean the men and women empowered with said force use it properly either or stop another from using it improperly. Perhaps if they did we might not be where we are today.
