before I go in on manager readme's again, let me ask folks who aren't managers: have you found manager readme's to be useful? (i will open my dm's in case you can't be candid publicly because your manager follows you on here.)

Oooh, I wonder if mine would do that. I feel bad that I've learned so much about myself that can't always apply in the moment that I'd love to have as context and tips for how to help me get back into dialogue when my fears/obsessions get in the way.
