O, another question, how stable is KDE with Tumbleweed? I've used it with Arch and Gentoo, NOT a good experience. That's why I prefer it with static release distributions.
With Tumbleweed you will get KDE 5.16.3 as of now ! Themes are perfect and scaling is better than the one on Leap. it is stable except for one thing : Discover is crashing, but Devs are working on it. Anyway I am not a fan of Discover. YaST is awesome !
It's not about SUSE, I dig that distro. It's about KDE. Never experienced it stable, on any of my rolling setups.
You should try Debian Buster KDE edition or OpenSUSE KDE version. Apart from them nothing is stable :D.
Just changed buster KDE yesterday. Some packages were really outdated. They were halting my work. But for those who don't have my kind of work, buster KDE is great.
The most stable experience for me is KDE Neon (KDE official distro), KDE is version 5.16.3, but the system itself is Ubuntu 18.04 which is fixed, but applications can be updated with external repositories.
You can see my another tweet in this thread, I'm not really fond if Ubuntu or any of it's derivatives, except @Linux_Mint
