One Illinois county had 8 drug overdoses in 24 hours. This is the real problem in America. While everyone is so hyper focused on guns and politics we have people dropping dead from overdoses all day everyday. Something has to be done.
There is nothing happy about Memorial Day, remember that before you go out for the sale today, or a cook out with friends and family. You are free to do those things because the men and women we remember today. Without their sacrifice we wouldn’t be free.
Those against abortion constantly say for men to get a vasectomy, but what about us woman who are denied tube removals because ‘we may change our minds’. This is the real problem.

Half of my family has Covid, out of that half 99% are vaccinated. We were all at the same party, I’m unvaccinated along with my husband, children and parents and none of us got it. Weird the ones who were ‘safe’ were the ones to get it.

During the two day drive. I like to think that’s what kept us safe and out of the storms path that night. We were supposed to stop 2 hours before we did and we would have stopped in the path of the storms. Prayers to everyone affected by the tornadoes.

Drove from Illinois to North Carolina Friday-Saturday. Friday night we stayed in a hotel just off the border of Ohio and West Virginia, missing the storms and tornadoes by miles. I prayed every minute of that trip to keep myself, and the three other drivers safe, and together 1/
