Nothing against Mummy here (love you 😘), but yes, MONTHS is a short amount of time. My favourite creators took YEARS to blow up and for the algorithm to finally pick them up so if anyone was disheartened by their growth, please keep it up! You can do this!

Ok so there's a way to search AI gens datasets (the pics they train on) but how do we collectively stop this madness? Biao's blog mentions that they get their datasets from nonprofit web scrapers doing the heroic mission of 'archiving the internet'. Which thus protects AI gens🚩

I saw VTuber using another VTuber's media (like pictures, animated stickers, etc) as media for their posts. Is that okay? Is that the norm? I felt that is such a weird move but I don't know if that's okay for the norm of the VTuber community.

And unlike human VTubers, these AI Vtuber can stream 24/7. They will be able to sing, dance, do funny jokes, draw, etc with just a single prompt. They won't need to work hard to learn a skill. They will be provided a dataset that will help them do that.

VTubers are now popular and I'll be honest, I wouldn't surprise to see AI Vtuber in the future. I meant the machine learning AI Vtuber, not the one played by human behind the avatar, but just a bunch of dataset, calculated by the AI, ready to entertain you 24/7.

In the future, it wouldn't even need any human intervention. It will create a dataset based on the prompts you input now, trained an AI that can give them prompts to work with based on the dataset you've contributed now.

It wouldn't be hard to put the two together and in the future, both digital and traditional artists will lose their job. It won't stop here. This technology, at the current state, IS NOT A TOOL. It's a replacement.

I saw some traditional artist was undermining what AI art can do and thinks of AI art as a "tool". Digital art is NOT THE SAME as AI Art. I imagine in the future, they'll build a robotic arm, enhanced with AI art technology. In fact, that robotic arm already exists.

I also want to warn those who got paid by them to do a commission. Sometimes, they were on fiverr, requesting a commission and then, after you deliver, they will cancel their order and delete their account. The same scenario might happen for non-fiverr comms as well. Be careful.

If you see watermarked work in another person's portfolio, don't commission them! Even if they got permission, it's false advertising at best. It's also never a bad thing to ask for some kind of WIP or process to prove that the artist you're talking to actually made the work.
