100%, it makes sense, it just isn't very convincing to outsiders who aren't fully invested. It's undoubtedly why Leffen feels Hax stalked him and such - it's that paranoid, obsessive energy that makes you an easy target.

The main reason I say this, is that I have personally dealt with someone in the broader Smash community who fits this description perfectly. Luckily this person wasn't really anyone of note, but I can now understand their behavior and I'm honestly thankful that Hax laid it out --

Unfortunately many of his strong points were buried under superficial connections and armchair philosophy, which is a shame. I want to go a step further, though, and say I do actually find some merit in his connections to dark triad / machiavellianism, but he took it too far. --

To continue, though, I will say I empathize with Hax on some level. I do believe he was wronged by Leffen, whether it was the whole BOXX situation or taking a stand about ledge stalling, and I also believe the testimonies presented in evidence dot zip. --

It would probably do #SSBM community some good to apply "nuance" (ha) and acknowledge there are probably some truths in both sides. I absolutely believe deceit and manipulation is involved, I think it's OK to say there are misses on both sides? Curious what my followers think.
