Hi Robin!! Looking forward...As a young and terrified gay man in NYC way back when, I was on-the-scene at the creation of ACT-UP in 1986.

Beyond mind-boggling! is acting like a protection racket for misbehaving faculty, not a major academic institution. Disgraceful.

The mind boggles at the closing of ranks, + the extent to which institutions will go to protect even the most obvious of ethical lapses. 🙏 to @davidtuller1 for persistence in protecting research on #MECFS. Also see: twitter.com/davidtuller1/s

In seeking to model appropriate behavior for academics who seem unable or unwilling to correct their errors, I sent a note to Professor Chew-Graham apologizing for calling her "Sally" instead of "Carolyn": facebook.com/david.tuller.1

I made one error in today's talk. I mentioned Professor Carolyn Chew-Graham, from Keele University, but unfortunately referred to her as Sally Chew-Graham instead. I apologize for the error. I blame jet lag!! twitter.com/davidtuller1/s…

Because of recording glitches, there was no video of yesterday's talk at Cambridge. So...we're doing Tuller 2.0 this afternoon at 2pm (UK time). Same talk! Same me! So if you didn't attend yesterday, here's another chance... twitter.com/FreyJephcott/s…

What is there to "explain"? Corrections were requested in an authoritative report from and . Only four out of eleven were made. We don't need torturous "explanations" Bristol has likely massaged into shape. We need profuse mea culpas, and the corrections!!

We all dislike having to correct our work! But researchers with integrity, just like journalists with integrity, do so when necessary. Apparently, this policy does not apply at @BristolUni when it comes to their methodologically and ethically challenged faculty./2 twitter.com/davidtuller1/s…

From @HRA_Latest yesterday: "We can confirm that we have now received a response from the University which we are currently considering. @susan_bewley @HealthSenseUK Still no answer from @BristolUni. They had a month to explain why corrections had not been made, then they needed an extra week on top...why?? @HRA_Latest had given clear instructions that it should be done, even how corrections should be worded.

I heard from HRA yesterday that they have finally gotten Bristol's response. They are considering it and will alert me about whatever next week.

I really appreciate this each time! I'm really sorry the crowdfunding does not take PayPal but requires a card--I can't do anything about this. That's not much of an issue in US but I know it is in Europe. Most Berkeley campaigns aren't getting funds from Europe--just mine.

Ah, this is the program where I cried on Australian TV, and amazingly the next day I had a flood of crowdfunding donations. Maybe I need to cry again in public to boost the current crowdfunding campaign? Hm. youtube.com/watch?app=desk

A preliminary report for the German guideline on #MECFS recommends graded exercise, despite the fact that found these therapies to be ineffective and that thousands of patients have reported being harmed. A one month consultation period is now open.

It's already known that breathing wildfire smoke is bad for us. But new research shows smoke may be dangerous not just for ash and small particulates, but because it carries viable fungi that can cause grave infections. Me, cheery as always, in :

Kanye West has more than 3 million followers. He threatened to go "death con 3" on Jewish people. I don't hear his GOP supporters coming out to condemn this. Instead, Jewish people are being told to get over it because he isn't serious.

A couple of weeks to go until the #London protest of people with #MECFS who desperately want funding for biomedical research for a cure so we can get on with our lives! We’ll be watching from afar, as even an hour on a train from #Cambridge to London is too much for most #pwME.
