My favorites: -Tonandi (nice if worried about controller feeling foreign, no setup/scanning) -Create (shows off power of physics and MR spatial respect) -Angey Birds (Fun for folks totally new to VR or MR, teaches them how to move around in space)

Tonandi is my go to: low learning curve, interesting visuals that play with the environment, hand interactions But to demo it properly, do the scan yourself and consider skipping the first couple chapters (visuals get better plus no one understands how to grab the orbs)

Don't forget the audio. Something about that audio just immerses you right into the experience.
