Is there a @rustlang equivalent of enumerate() for macro_rules?
Is my best bet to do something like mymacro!((0, foo), (1, bar), (2, baz), ...)
I'm trying to generate a match expression that maps indexes to different identifier names (e.g. 0 => foo0, 1 => foo1, 2 => foo2)
