Same here. There were two things that instantly raised my suspicion: 1. ‘Welcome to Learning@cisco’ but I’ve been a member for almost 10 years. 2. The company name was written as ‘cisco’ with a lower case letter. The sender appeared to be a valid Cisco email address, though.
