    while the cleansing process has already begun, i find these numbers of days & hours troubling. when i think of all the other things, skills, & experiences etc. i could have had during this time, i feel encouraged that letting go of from this past time is the right call for me.

    i finally got around to watching robert zemeckis’ “welcome to marwen” with a script come-written with caroline thompson. an engaging story with a poignant look at mental health & the battle to overcome tragedy. terrific performances from & leslie mann respectively.
