You can look at SocialBlade for the amount of views you've actually got. The views have been databased. It appears that it's just YouTube's front-end that isn't displaying the stored data correctly.

How does Social blade get them???
1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -
Through their API. All of the views were recorded correctly in the database. It's just that the pages on YouTube that WE see weren't/aren't reporting correctly for some reason. SocialBlade still has API access to the database data, so they CAN report it correctly.

They get those numbers FROM Youtube tho right? So if YouTube set up algorithms to hide view counts or not count all views line a shadow ban, how do u truly know? It’s been done at gas pumps with regulation. But not possible for a company w/no oversight?

We all saw that. The question is, do you trust YouTube to report numbers honestly and correctly despite zero oversight. We already know of manipulation in algorithms that are politically biased. Also, why the secrecy when sharing analytics and payment amongst ytr’s in videos?

I'm sure there are plenty of things that YouTube does that some might call fishy or sketchy. I understand that your channel is about guns. YouTube tends to censor or not promote channels like that for their own reasons. I can't speak to how much that affects you. 1/2

My content is pretty bland/generic so I don't get demoted, but I don't have a large audience or a lot of views, so my channel doesn't get promoted either. I just plug along with my content for the sake of creating content I enjoy. 2/2
