You can look at SocialBlade for the amount of views you've actually got. The views have been databased. It appears that it's just YouTube's front-end that isn't displaying the stored data correctly.

How does Social blade get them???

Through their API. All of the views were recorded correctly in the database. It's just that the pages on YouTube that WE see weren't/aren't reporting correctly for some reason. SocialBlade still has API access to the database data, so they CAN report it correctly.

They get those numbers FROM Youtube tho right? So if YouTube set up algorithms to hide view counts or not count all views line a shadow ban, how do u truly know? It’s been done at gas pumps with regulation. But not possible for a company w/no oversight?

You're REALLY putting a lot of conspiracy effort into this. Your views are and were being counted and stored in correctly. The YouTube interface wasn't showing it correctly, but ANYONE with API access will see the correct results.
