Besides there's absolutely nothing wrong with packing the courts with SCOTUS's who will fight for your rights, and it's 100 percent Constitutional. What's wrong is the Republicans going back on their precedent of picking a SCOTUS close to an election.

IT’S NOT A PIE. We all win when everyone has more rights. Giving a marginalized group rights does NOT take yours away.

That’s the best way to explain the differences in world view. The Reactionary Right and the Progressive Left. Reactionaries seem to see everything as a zero-sum equation and cannot fathom “giving” others support or access doesn’t diminish themselves. It’s fear that drives them.

The problem is that Trumpers believe it is their constitutional right to deprive others of equal rights. And that’s what they’re afraid of being taken away. It’s disgusting really.
