Why aren't our leaders having regular town hall meetings with their own constituents and asking them about what relief/assistance would be best for them, before they legislate in DC? Is it that hard? Why?
The people aren't their priority. Their egos are.

They're all driven by the ego, .. the fear of protecting their own financial security, legislating based on what they think is best for the people without even asking the people once, etc..
