All of the above needs to be passed. The people can’t work, therefore they can’t earn wages, not to mention it’s a public health crisis. Employment should not be tied to healthcare. If the government prevents citizens from working, the onus is on the gov’t to pay the people.

You can't cancel rent and mortgage. You may be able to delay them, but ultimately they need paying. Better to give #UBI to everyone, so rent and mortgage aren't a problem.
