On a side note, David, have you researched the electoral system and have any significant suggestions on how this may be accomplished? How would this be fair to women, who vote, but do not receive such "draft cards" as you call it?

Dear Kelly you would be mailed a register to vote package in the mail a few weeks prior to your 18th Birthday. Just like the military does. But it wouldn’t be mandatory for you to register. Pretty simple. Would stop some of the enormous voter suppression.

How about automatic voter registration at birth with government ID proof of citizenship. I also think everyone’s DNA should be stored in secure manner at birth. It would solve a lot of problems but maybe create others.
