Anyone who supports an NRA sellout is an NRA sellout. That is why I am calling on everyone to stop shopping at Publix until they pull their endorsement of Putnam publicly. Publix is supporting the inaction after pulse, strozier, Douglas, liberty city. Don’t support an NRA sellout

But... yes they are. All gun purchases are required to. I could walk to my neighbors house and sell him crack too but it’s still illegal. So how are you going to regulate the legal purchase of weapons any more than it already is?

This may be the federal law but 25 out of 50 states plus DC require a background check to privately sell a weapon. Including the last three states that had a mass shooting.
