I'm effin proud of you David! You give me hope !!
Very productive day, had over 15 meetings with congressman. Together we will fix this and if you don’t we (the young people) will. Change does not come easy but what has is my renewed hope for the future and our children. The young people will win.

My son age 7 was joking at school at lunch drinking milk
said to his class mate I’m going to shoot milk through a straw at him. CT. School, they had a police officer talk to him because he said the word shoot! -
That is a little over-reactive based on age and context. Sensitive it was not. But, that supports what these kids stand for. Kids should be safe in school, the word should not need to create that reaction. There should be no need for fear. Not at 7, not at 70. We need better
