what advice do you have to people feeling lonely & sad ?
Idk I think everyone just needs a freind just like Emma who’s always there for you and anyone that needs someone. She’s really like our entire groups emotional support. I think we can all learn a thing or two just by the happiness and joy she puts into the universe everyday.

I have seen an amazing difference take place in young adults who have done volunteer work. Find the strength to step away from the sadness for bit. Find an organization that touches your heart. Volunteer work helps you find your self worth and talent. A break from the sadness.
