My feeling toward my generation and others who have failed to protect our young people: Get out of the way and allow the young to lead this fight against violence! They are literally demanding a safer world! They deserve saner gun laws!

Because you are better than they are. I support the walkouts, but support absorbing as much education as possible too Like you should focus on history and Social Studies - they will take you far.

I took a lot of classes in college I didn't get credit for and they ended up putting me in exciting places. I went to both Presidential National Conventions to work because of it and what an experience. I don't dimish your walk out efforts - but you are going places.
