Increased spending on education/leadership programs especially for inner city youth, federal programs to end the opiode crisis and way more investment in R&D into green energy so we could reduce our GHG emissions and become more energy independent

P.S.: That's also not an answer that a political operative would give. It's too fresh and surprising. . . but it makes absolute sense on a human level. I think this is part of why people respect you, and what helps you and your classmates break through. Please try not to lose it.

Silly conservative. Taxes are an obligation to society, which helps you earn money and should be deducted progressively based on income. Move along now.
