4pm EST, or 1 pm PST. Allows for town hall to occur before dark, with sufficient time to stretch them for hours if needed. Also avoids lunch period on west coast.

Congress is on recess right now and will return in mid April, I believe. They are planning in the long run, but planning town halls while our reps are home is action we must take now!
