Pro: every MOC should still be in-district. Con: could be a tight turnaround to find a venue in some districts. Best date for this recess.

THE DAY BEFORE TAXES ARE DUE MAY NOT be the best choice people who wait until the last minute will be otherwise occupied technically it's april 17th, but still, last minute...

Not in the US but marched here in the UK. You are all an inspiration. Off the rep doesn't show invite every local tv station to show the up. Will really annoy them.

*If the rep. Trust me the local media coverage really affects them. Have letters in the paper the week before too and local radio stations. Standard stuff but very effective at making them feel heat.
