David, I think the term "soft target" & notion of fortifying schools bolsters Trump's argument for militarizing education with armed teachers. Language is important in this fight & resources spent on gun control & mental health = more efficient than turning schools into bunkers.

Agreed, but in the tax part of the comment: I heard a very good argument for taxing the crap out of ammunition, only having ammunition available to use at gun ranges, background checks to buy ammunition, and only being able to buy ammunition for weapons you legally own, etc.pic.twitter.com/qSztPDUQWx

Tax ammo which are repetitive purchases. Follow the razor model where real money is made on blades. Keep up the strong voice. You will make a difference but it will be a long hard uphill road.
